You have been fooled to follow recipes all along. You have been taught to cook chicken, beef or veal while you should have learned the basic cooking methods so you could cook anything.

A real chef doesn’t follow recipes, they learn dependable, reliable and repeatable cooking methods so they can apply it to any food, with success.

I have been through it myself as well and I know it can be very frustrating, EVEN if I considered myself a pretty good cook! But the good part is, I can help you!

Learning to cook is more than focusing on what to cook. It’s about learning the basic methods, be empowered and confident in applying them to any food, like chefs do!

For me, it all started when my son started having allergies. I tried recipes that turned out delicious and tried some that turned out very bad and dry too. I even attempted my own recipes with great success and great failures, but never really knew where I went wrong or how to fix it.

My passion to cook better and healthier meals for my family guided me to culinary school. That's when I finally figured out why I was stuck and what cookbooks will never tell you.

Do you want to cook delicious and healthy meals for your family? 

You should be confident enough to open up the fridge, assess what you have on hand and be able to create something your family will love in less than 30 minutes. You can, if you stop following someone else's recipes and just learn the fundamentals, the basics. You will be able to apply them and repeat them knowing what the end result will be with total confidence. Over time, you will start being super creative and will have endless ideas for your next meals.

Now that you know this, what are you going to do about it?

Trial and error is one way to go about it, but it can be time-consuming and make you waste money on ingredients trying to figure it all out on your own. If you want to learn fast, that isn’t the way to go.

Going to culinary school is another great option but maybe it isn’t always a feasible solution, maybe you have kids to look after during the day and a culinary school isn’t in your area.

Cooking School...

In the beginning, I started sharing the skills I learned in culinary school with my kids at home, and then with some kids at school, with cooking classes. That is where I realized how it could change someone’s life to know the basics.

Whether you are a home cook, a mom or a health coach, we are all in this together.

We all want to cook delicious, healthy meals, with ingredients we choose to eat, without wasting time reading someone else’s recipe and confidently knowing how it’s going to turn out.

After a few years of practicing and teaching, I created a formula for teaching you how to cook like a chef at home, and eat healthy, delicious food forever!

Right after I graduated from culinary school, I found a passion for teaching others how to cook and be in control of the ingredients.

What I found rewarding is two of my students (7 and 9 years old) came back to me and told me that they had cooked at home for their mom that day without a recipe, with what they had in the fridge, with the exact technique I had taught them at school the day before. They said they were able to adjust the seasoning and ingredients for their family to like it and it was a big success! If kids can do it, you can too!

That’s when I realized I had created a cooking formula anyone could follow.

I have been sharing this formula with my friends, family members, my kids, other kids, some serious home cooks, and health-conscious people for a while now. The result has been nothing but outstanding. People have made transformational changes in the way they see and practice cooking, one step at a time.

  • Will I have access to the lessons at any time?

    Yes. As long as you have an internet connection you can access the lessons whenever you like.

  • Will I have access to all the lessons at once?

    Yes, but I strongly recommend starting at the beginning. I created the modules so they build onto each other as you go. You will need the information from module 1 to apply in modules 2, 3 and so on. There is no need to skip a module, you can learn at your own pace and revisit any module as many times as you need, you have access to this program for life.

  • Will I learn how to substitute ingredients and still have it taste and look good?

    Yes. I will teach you how to substitute most of the key ingredients in a recipe so it does the same job and create a healthier version. I will show you how to cook without the 10 main allergens but feel free to use them if you want to.
